The Harbor Corridor Best Babies Collaborative (HCBBC) is a project of seven community agencies working together to improve birth outcomes of families in central Los Angeles(zip code 90001, 90003, 90006, 90007, 90011, 90015, 90037, 90043, 90044, 90047, 90057, and 90062). HCBBC provides intensive case management to 120 high-risk women.

Community Services: HCBBC holds social support groups where women can talk about their challenges. HCBBC provides health education classes where women can learn how to take care of themselves and their children.
Mission: To optimize birth outcomes though a value-driven, dynamic community based network of services, support and advocacy that is both responsive to and creates a partnership with the at-risk women and families we serve.
Vision: To support the development of healthy families.
